English Meaning
"You are the God, who confers the grace of removing the bondage of the souls of innumerable beings, who are immersed in the dark delusion caused by ignorant egoism, so that they may attain mukthi [salvation];
you cause the souls to be embodied and connected with each other by means of cuththa [viṅthu], acuththa [mōkini], and pirakiruthi [māṉ]-māyai, to be conceived in four different ways [namely, in egg, womb, sweat, and tuber] and born again and again continuously in millions of different forms of seven kinds of beings [celestials, human beings, animals, birds, reptiles, creatures living in water, and plants], like the spinning of the wind-whirl and of the cart-wheel, so that they could experience the ruthless agonies of the hell, as well as the heavenly pleasures, and thus make them become ripe for the attainment of mukthi [salvation] …"
